Festival Terms
Tickets
Each ticket grants entry only to the event, date and ticket category stated at the time of purchase.
Tickets may not be duplicated, copied or resold for commercial profit.
We may ask for the purchaser's name, booking confirmation or identification at entry.
If you purchase several tickets, you are responsible for making sure the other attendees in your group are aware of these Festival Terms.
Refunds & Cancellations
Ticket purchases are generally final.
Refunds are not normally provided because of:
- a change of personal plans
- travel or transportation problems
- illness or inability to attend
- weather that does not cause the event itself to be cancelled
- changes to the artist lineup, timetable or program
If Manifesto is fully cancelled by the organisers and does not take place, ticket holders will be informed about the applicable refund process.
If the event is postponed or materially rescheduled, we will communicate the available options to ticket holders.
Booking or payment-processing fees charged by external payment providers may be non-refundable.
Event Program
Manifesto is a live festival and some elements may change.
Artists, DJs, performances, activities, schedules, locations within the venue and other parts of the program may be modified, delayed, replaced or cancelled when necessary.
A change to the lineup or schedule does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Entry & Conduct
We want Manifesto to be a safe, welcoming and respectful space.
Entry may be refused, or a person may be asked to leave, if they:
- behave aggressively, abusively or dangerously
- harass other attendees, artists, staff or volunteers
- damage the venue, art, installations or equipment
- seriously disrupt the event
- refuse reasonable instructions from event staff
- create a safety risk for themselves or others
A person removed for these reasons is not entitled to a refund.
Personal Responsibility
Attendance at Manifesto is at your own responsibility.
The event may include dancing, loud music, lighting effects, outdoor areas, uneven terrain, water activities, heat, natural surroundings and other conditions normally associated with an outdoor festival environment.
Please take reasonable care of yourself and others.
Participation in optional activities is voluntary and should be based on your own abilities and judgement.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings during the event.
Manifesto, the organisers and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Please keep valuables secure.
Alcohol & Prohibited Behaviour
Alcohol may be available to adults where legally permitted. Attendees are responsible for drinking responsibly.
Illegal activity, violence, harassment, dangerous behaviour and possession of prohibited items may result in removal from the event.
Manifesto reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol where appropriate.
Photography & Video
Photography and video recording may take place during Manifesto.
By attending, you understand that you may appear incidentally in photographs or videos recorded in public areas of the event.
These images may be used to document or promote Manifesto through our website, social media and future event communications.
We will make reasonable efforts to respect requests from attendees who do not wish to be the main identifiable subject of promotional photography.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Manifesto takes place in a tropical outdoor environment.
The event may continue during rain, wind or changing weather conditions if the organisers consider it safe to do so.
Programming may be adjusted for safety, technical or weather-related reasons.
Weather alone does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Venue & Environment
Please respect Equilibrio, the surrounding community and the natural environment.
Do not intentionally damage vegetation, buildings, equipment, artwork or installations.
Please dispose of waste responsibly and follow venue instructions.
Camping & Accommodation
If camping or accommodation is purchased separately, additional rules or conditions may apply.
Accommodation availability, check-in arrangements and property rules may be managed by the relevant accommodation provider.
Unless explicitly included in the ticket description, accommodation is not included in a standard Manifesto festival ticket.
Force Majeure
Manifesto may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the organisers, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public safety concerns, infrastructure failure or other exceptional events.
If this happens, the organisers may need to modify, postpone or cancel part or all of the event.
Any refund or rescheduling arrangements will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Privacy
Information provided when purchasing a ticket is used to process your order, manage event entry, communicate important event information and operate Manifesto.
Payment information may also be processed by Squarespace, PayPal or other payment providers used during checkout.
For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Updates to These Terms
These terms may occasionally be updated where reasonably necessary.
The version applying to your ticket purchase is the version available at the time of purchase, except where changes are required by law or necessary for safety.
